Lonely and Blue is the first music album recorded by Roy Orbison for Monument Records, released in 1961. The track entitled "Come Back to Me (My Love)" features an almost identical intro to "Only the Lonely". In 1957, Frank Sinatra recorded a song of the same name for the album Frank Sinatra Sings for Only the Lonely (not related to Orbison's recording). Read more at Wikipedia
